Collective urban theory using organized location information

We are developing a cyber-physical system as a game/app that uses GPS location information to foster a sense of participation and sharing among local residents, such as in community development workshops.
This consensus-building system that reflects the collective will of humans aims at the voluntary, democratic, and rational use of rapidly developing urban activity data.
